Born and raised on Vancouver Island, Elliot graduated from the University of Victoria’s Faculty of Law in 2021. He attended the University of Northern British Columbia for undergraduate studies and received a Bachelor of Arts in English and Political Science.

Elliot was called to the Bar of British Columbia in 2022 and is a member of the Law Society of British Columbia, the Canadian Bar Association and the Cowichan Valley Bar Association. He also serves on the board of directors for an independent school.

Elliot joined Ridgway & Company in January, 2024.
