Preferred Area of Practice: Civil Litigation and Dispute Resolution

Tiffany was born and raised on Vancouver Island. After earning her undergraduate degree from the University of Victoria, she obtained her Juris Doctor degree from Bond University in Queensland, Australia. She also obtained a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from Leo Cussen Institute in Australia and a Certificate in Conflict Resolution: Specialization in Mediation/Third-Party Intervention from the Justice Institute of British Columbia. She was called to the Bar of British Columbia in 2024 and qualified as a solicitor in Victoria, Australia in 2010.

Prior to joining Ridgway & Company, Tiffany articled at a law firm in Victoria, BC. She has experience in civil litigation amongst other areas. Before returning to BC in 2020, Tiffany worked for the Australian industrial relations tribunal in law-adjacent roles.

She is a member of the Canadian Bar Association and the Federation of Asian Canadian Lawyers. One of Tiffany’s areas of interest is improving access to justice in her community. She has volunteered at the Queensland Public Interest Legal Clearing House and Refugee and Immigration Legal Service, Darebin Community Legal Centre in Australia and now at Restorative Justice Victoria.

When Tiffany is not practicing law, she enjoys trying out new recipes, travelling and spending time with family and friends.
